Yet another discussion about islam (sic)

US State Department report praises Jordan and other Islamic nations for progress in religious freedom

That report has to be written by a group of the most stupid people I've ever heard of. I'll give it to them, Jordan has done better than most of the Arab world in the idea of not fighting wars over religion, even though their laws on religion and blasphemy are poor, but Egypt is just not an example of progress on religious freedom at all. The Copts can't build new churches, expand old ones, they can't even suggest being allowed to proselytize or marry muslim women. And to think the Copts have lived in Egypt longer than the muslims, just like most nations in the Middle East. the Jews and Christians lived in the regions for hundreds, if not thousands of years, before the muslims came along and started forcefully converting people in the name of "allah." Not a single piece of territory currently known as "the islamic world" came about because of peaceful conversions. Every single piece of territory was once part of a great islamic empire. Christians lived in India and the Middle East with no such empires, only their own villages to protect themselves. I'm not saying Christians and Jews don't have blood on their hands either or are completely accepting, but the idea that any muslim nation can be complemented on religious freedom is a bunch of bullcrap. Christians were persecuted for hundreds of years without any protection, being put to death countless times, having to hide in catacombs and caverns in order to practice their beliefs. muhammad, death be upon him, was taken in by the Jews on the assumption that he would behave himself. Instead, he turned against the very people that took him in and protected him and put them to the sword, then proceeded to wreak havoc across the Arabian peninsula.

I could easily go on for longer and longer, but I'd rather not because I'd just be repeating my point over and over again.

Obama?! Peace Prize?!

I don't even know where to go from there. It saddens and angers me with a fiery passion. I don't know what was going through the heads of the Nobel committee. Morgan Tsvangirai is more deserving of that award, he finally put a lid, somewhat, on the power of crazy Robert Mugabe. I have yet to see Barack Obama actually get anything done, especially when it comes to peace. The Israelis and Iranians are at each others throats more than ever at the moment, the Taliban are making a comeback in Afghanistan, the Israelis are not very happy with Obama catering to the Palestinians then trying to force the Israelis to be the only ones who give up something in order to achieve a peace deal, and the very country he is president of is more divided then ever. Does this mean I can take a shit in a bag, say that bag loves peace and wants the Muslims to be happy, and then said shit deserves the peace prize? I don't think so. Saying words and doing actions are two completely different things. Alfred Nobel is rolling over in his grave.

Phantom of the Capitol Building

So, Charlie Rangel is still chair of the Weighs and Means Committee. Nancy Pelosi is still Speaker of the House. And Democrats overall still run Congress. I wonder how they would react to a Phantom living in Congress, haunting and terrorizing them and living in like catacombs where the old rivers and streams underneath DC reside. I think if someone could actually put things together, that could be an interesting novel. I'm not up to writing a book, unfortunately, but I wish someone could do that.

Poor, poor Ireland

The Irish voted just recently to ratify the Lisbon treaty, bringing them into a tighter treaty under the European Union. Now only 2 more nations, Poland and the Czech Republic, need to ratify the treaty for it to become binding to the nations which are party to it.

This is a dark dark day in the history of Ireland. Not 100 years ago did the Irish finally, FINALLY, get a nation of their own. They fought for centuries to free themselves of British rule. Countless lives died. Half the Irish died when Oliver Cromwell invaded and brutally subjugated the Irish to Puritan, i.e. English, rule. Now all that has been thrown down the toilet and flushed away. They have dishonored the Irish who fought to be able to rule themselves, to live free of bondage under a foreign nation. The Irish have always been a proud people. They were proud of having their own nation, even though it was dirt poor and backward compared to the rest of Western Europe.

This day, I am not proud of my ancestors, as they have not only cast away centuries of fighting for a nation they can call "home," but finally after receiving freedom, throwing that away not 100 years later. They voted "No" originally and that, I believe, was the Irish speaking for themselves truthfully. Now they vote "Yes" under the overwhelming push by wealthy Irish, the ruling government, and a foreign party. I only pray the Irish wake up and realize how they have disrespected their ancestors. Go mbeannai Dia Eire (God bless Ireland)

Well, I completely forgot about this...

If I only had something to blog about. It's not like I'm not doing anything, but out of classes, hanging out, and the occasional school club, there isn't much more for me to talk about. I should have kept this up during my internship last summer.

Either way, I'm back, hopefully for at least a few weeks, unless I forget. Which is probably going to happen.

One thing before I leave: Obama, you will bring ruin to us all. "Savior" my ass.

Coming back...hopefully

Well, I've been encouraged to start blogging again. Whether I remember to keep this up is a completely different story. Probably gonna end up blogging about MMA and the internship this summer.

Gonna be saweeeet!

80's Music and More

I'm listening to 80's music as I write this, currently Def Leppard's "Pour some sugar on me." I also now have a second blog, Blogolan in Space, that I will be updating occasionally to stay updated on the modern space race, following NASA, and shuttle launches.

Eh...

I'm starting to really go crazy from being home for so long, and I still have over a month to go. This is gonna be an interesting 6 weeks or so until January to go back to CUA. I'm watching CSI: Miami, a show I dispise, but I can't hear anything because I'm listening to music on my laptop.

Oh well.

I'm going back to the fut....I mean, back to DC

That headline just came upon me like a lightning bolt. Thank God that it's happening, even if for a few days. Better than nothing.

I've also decided that I want to go back to Ireland. Take buses around the countryside, go to the different cities and towns around. See the countryside outside of the Dublin area. Apparently, my cousin will be living in Russia, so my mom told my aunt that the next person to come visit him will probably be me. That statement basically guarantees me a trip to Moscow, which will be extremely weird like Shanghai, but just as awesome. Probably buy a nice hat or something, haha. Should make sure I have a working iPod by then or I'll go crazy on a plane ride.

I've also forgotten how much I love Mannheim Steamroller. Great music, not just for the Christmas music either, but that stuff is the best.

This is your captain signing off....

(I dunno what to say, my brain is jumping for joy though.)

Also, is it just me or is the name Sydney becoming extremely common? I've seen the name like 7 times within a span of 4 days, including once in a video game. Strange, haha.

I have now realized why I don't like coming home...

I'm stuck around a bunch of fools who act like high schoolers and don't have anything going for them, except for one guy who has his head screwed on right, although he is a Democrat, I'll just have to work on that later. I feel that I'm growing up and almost everyone around me my age is not and still thinks they are in high school.

There isn't much to do in Rochester when you've lived here for so long, because aside from the few things that I have yet to do, and continuously regret not having done already (Nick Tahou's garbage plate), there is nothing left to do. Wandering Wegmans late at night with someone and trying to find interesting stuff to buy is now one of the things I actually enjoy. Of course I enjoy being home with my family and doing stuff with them, but I like to have more choices than I am restricted to.

Plus, it's not that I hate my family, I love my family. I just feel that I'm growing up and that not being in college, even on a leave of absence, draws me back into a world that I would like to move on from. I'd rather sit in a room and watch West Wing or something like that with my CUA friends than go out and party with my friends back home. I think it's just allowing me to show a side that I really am, and not just hiding myself within a group that I would honestly prefer not to associate with. Being able to fit in very well with a group of people where I don't have to pretend to be someone I'm not is why I miss CUA more than almost anything else (although having a single room all to myself was pretty cool).

Be ready for my triumphal return, because it will happen, and if someone tries to tell me "No" I'll be telling them to smell the burning rubber of a car flying down the highways to DC.

Leavin'

Well, I have to take a leave of absence from college for some time, unfortunately. It is disappointing to me, but it has to be done. I don't know what I'll do when I get home, but I'll be going back to get my degree. It's unfortunate that at the same time, destructive things have to happen to friendships. When people don't get along, war happens. And while I may sound like I'm begging to grab a gun and run out shooting like crazy, the last thing I want to see is a war happen. The Civil War fractured families and almost destroyed the Union. Why can't people just get along. I'm not asking for world peace, because I know that is basically asking Hell to freeze over. But why can't certain groups just get along. And of all times, when I'm leaving.

Thanks a lot douchebags for making my last couple of days here for a while feel like a living Hell. Not all of you are the "douchebags," and those of you who aren't, I'll miss you all dearly. I've never felt more accepted by someone here than almost anywhere else.

As said in the movie "Just Friends", which might I add is a hilarious movie, "shakes come and go, but friends are furr-ever."

AIG Bailout and Bill on Off-Shore Oil Drilling

It seems that something every hour ruffles my feathers in more than one way these days.

Tonight, it is the government bailout of AIG, where the feds have promised $85 billion to keep AIG, the world's largest insurance agency, solvent. This also gives the government an 80% stake in the company.

Well, this is going well. Companies go bankrupt, the federal government bails them out with billions upon billions of dollars, and the companies survive. Well, that is not what capitalism is all about. This is making the US government look more socialist than ever before, considering when companies went under during the Great Depression, they, for the most of it, weren't bailed out, instead everyone lost their money. We should not be bailing out these companies. Of course people will lose their money, but letting these companies go under get the weak links out of the system, allowing other companies to flow into those positions, and bring new ideas into the system. That is my thing with AIG.

However, also, the new bill that was just passed on off-shore drilling is also making my blood boil. What genius said "oh, well, let's compromise by allowing drilling to happen 50 MILES offshore. That will appease the Republicans." Since studies have shown most of the oil is within 50 miles of the shoreline, this is nothing except a political ploy by the Democrats to say that they supported easing the pain at the pump, and at the same time, following Democratic lines to keep the off-shore drilling mostly blocked. Nancy Pelosi should be disgraced.

And as of right now, I'm listening to a discussion about how screwed up the Student Government is at CUA. A brand new student government to replace the old one, and it's already completely broken.

Why does it seem like the whole world is just a giant pot of crap with the good things simmering out of it? Oh yeah...

Britain is lost!

According to the The Sunday Times on Sunday the 14th of September, Sharia law is legally binding in Great Britain under a clause in the Arbitration Act of 1996. This means that all civil cases judged in a Sharia court are legally binding, such as divorce, inheritance, and other such cases.

Now, Sharia law is biased against women, non-Muslims, and is medieval in what actions are considered criminal and the sentences which are given out against such crimes are cruel, unusual, and biased in nature. Victims of rape are executed, while the rapist is let free. A non-Muslim who is accused of almost any crime by a Muslim is not only treated as a criminal instead of accused, but trying to refute the claims of a committed crime are almost impossible due to the bias against non-Muslims in Sharia law.

This is absurd. The British are losing their country to the Muslims. Why British law is being underdone by a foreign, biased court system is a question that all British should be asking themselves. If the Muslims who live in Britain want to live under Sharia law, they should go back to the Middle East where Sharia law rules over any other law, and not try to force a country with customs that are radically different to adjust to what foreigners want. The British have to realize they are losing their country to a foreign presence that does not want to be British, instead they want the British to be like them. The citizens of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland have to speak out against such travesties and elect in a new government that will govern for all British, and not give such support to a people who would rather live as Muslims in a Muslim country, and not live as British in Great Britain.

My beef with islam

I've been reading many news articles about what the muslims have been doing to other religious and ethnic groups in the regions where they are the vast majority, or even where they are in the low minority. It disgusts me as a man, a Catholic, and even a human being what they do to others. Kidnappings which lead to faked marriages which cause forced conversions, raping a women then not only blaming the woman, but the woman will get stoned for the rape, claiming that your religion keeps you from being able to do certain things, such as recently when a muslim lawyer refused to stand when a Dutch judge would enter the room, claiming his religion says he's not allowed to do that, or the recently reported news articles over muslims leaving their jobs at a meatpacking plant because they weren't allowed to stop work for their ramadan prayers.

These dogs are trapped in their Middle Ages and either refuse, or can't, move on. Raping a woman, then just claiming "oh, she tempted me," should not be an excuse for that rape. That woman has been scarred, mentally and physically. Why she is forced to bear the consequences of that is beyond any understanding of human understanding. To execute the victim and not the perpetrator is cruel and unusual, VERY unusual. Or when a claim is made about a non-muslim, who may or may not have done such crime, whether that crime makes sense or not, and then the non-muslim is treated like a criminal and not the accused, then is executed for such trivial things such as saying "Damn muhammad to hell." These make no sense to me.

This sickens me, I am revolted by these hateful, intolerant, inconsiderate, demanding people. They want everyone to conform to their expectations, then when those can not be done, they claim "racist," or some other form of bigotry against their religion.

Well, I say to these people who claim that their religion is not represented by these maniacs, they better start speaking out in large numbers, condemning everything these hate-mongers say and preach. If they don't I'll never have faith or trust in them, because I don't know what their real feelings are about certain ideals or positions.

If there is not one muslim who can say to me with a stern face, and tell me that these people do not represent real islam, backing up their facts with true qu'ran teachings, I will never trust any muslim for the rest of my life. If they want to live in my country, where my family has lived for many generations, and want to call themselves Americans, they better conform to our way of life, because I'll be damned if I'm going to conform to their needs, especially if it inconveniences me. Act like an American, if you want to live under such rules, go back to the hellhole you came from where it's hot and dry, and all you can see for miles in certain areas is nothing but sand and dry land. Go back to where you cam from if you don't want to live under American rules and American law. Because if my daughter is raped by a man who then claims that "she tempted me, Allah tells me so," will be lucky if he doesn't get the stuffing beaten out of him or shot for that matter.

Bring it on.

Long time no blog....Sarah Palin ftw!

Yes, I know it's been a while.

I decided to come back to discuss the upcoming election. Up until a week ago, I was actually tired of hearing the same things again and again fought between the two parties. Then John McCain announced his VP candidate. I figured, "Well, if it's going to be Mitt Romney, I'll be glad to hear that." Then out of the blue, a nobody was presented. Sarah Palin, the governor of Alaska. That's when I realized something. John McCain is most likely going to win the election. All the bashing of Sarah Palin has mostly been personal attacks, which are disgraceful and embarrassing for those who do the bashing. I was going to vote for John McCain because he was the lesser of two evils, now I'm voting for him because I think he made the best choice of his entire life, aside from keeping secrets from the crazed and disgusting North Vietnamese during the war.

Sarah Palin for President in 2012. That's my new motto, if I ever had an old one.

Plus, her daughter Bristol, although pregnant, is hot. I wish I were the father of that baby. Haha.

Moveon.org political commercial = bogus

I, in my viewing of liberal websites to find something juicy to discuss, found a new commercial Moveon.org has released. It features a mom holding her newborn baby, talking about the baby, then says "So, John McCain, when you say you would stay in Iraq for 100 years, where you counting on Alex? Because if you were, you can't have him." Well, lady, time to wake up. If the kid grows up to be a young strapping lad, he can choose for himself. There is no draft, the kid is not being forced, like how you seem to imply. If he wants to join the military when he is 18 years old or around there, it's his own choice, not yours. Act reasonable lady, you can't make all of his choices. It's things like this that are stupid. The liberal left takes things that Republicans/Conservatives have said, and not only use the quotes until they are as common as grilled cheese, but twist them too. John McCain, while he may have said we'd stay in Iraq for 100 years, he never said he is going to "take your baby away from you." If that baby grows up and decides to join the military, it's his own choice. Same idea when it came to Cindy Sheehan's son, apparently he joined because he wanted to get away from her. She has twisted her own son's sacrifice into a political agenda for herself. She ought to be ashamed. How would Casey feel about that? That woman is a menace to society.

That is my rant for today. It's just so stupid that that woman feels that when that baby is 18 years old or 20 years old, she can tell him that he can't join the military because she doesn't want him to. What if he does lady? WHAT IF HE DOES?!

Finally...new post

I finally got around to a new post. I highly advise the viewing of Islam: What The West Needs To Know. It's a very knowledgeable video made by some scholars of islam. It can be seen in full on Google Video. Hillary Clinton has dropped out, so now the Republicans and Conservatives have to throw everything including the kitchen sink at Barak "Hussein" Obama. (Why a man with that middle name gets the nomination, God only knows.) Calculus II makes me want to put a .600 pistol round in my head. (Youtube 600 nitro express to understand the power of a gun with that calibre, although the videos shown are of the lesser of two pistols that carry a .600 round.) Video games are finally coming back to me, took long enough.

I'm thinking I want a 700 Nitro Express elephant gun. Fucking powerful rifle, would probably shoot a person through a wall if hit by the round. Also a 600 Nitro Express Magnum. World's most powerful handgun. I'd rather take the real one, not the light one that almost kills the guy in this video...

The real one that I'd rather have is on this page... http://www.vincelewis.net/60magnum.html
Almost 2 feet long, about 14 lbs. That's one packing gun. Make sure your shots count or the robber will be free to do what he pleases because you'll be knocked out against a wall after the gun rockets you backwards. Another video shows a bunch of arabs shooting a .577 Nitro Express elephant gun, with no success as the gun rockets out of their hands and throws the men around like rag dolls. Afterwards, one European-looking fellow takes a .700 Nitro Express elephant gun, shoots it with complete success, and sets the gun down and the owner congratulates him. Mind you, the numbers are the diameter of the bullet in inches. Also, these guns are designed to stop a charging animal, like an elephant or rhino, in its tracks without harm to the hunter.

And, well, that's all I have to say about that.

Long time no post

Well, I finally got around to posting. After like a week, at least of nothing. At least I'm partially staying on top of the posting. I decided to check out the ACLU website, as part of my "understand both sides" campaign. I saw that they have the "John Adams Project." It appears to have something to do with protecting the rotten terrorists in Gitmo. It is named after Adams because he defended the British soldiers who were arrested for the Boston Massacre. Of course, this brings up numerous questions, one of which is why does the ACLU seem to love Adams when during his presidency, he enacted laws that the ACLU would have abhorred, like the Alien and Sedition Acts, for starters. Second, that was 200 years ago and the British soldiers shot into a crowd of people who probably would have ripped them limb from limb regardless of what had happened. These British soldiers can not be compared to a group of heartless terrorists who are willing to do anything to kill Americans. These British, I'm sure, did not want to kill as many people as possible for no reason aside from pure hatred of everything they stood for. I feel like the ACLU says the Boston Massacre and 9/11 were the same idea, which they were not. How dare the ACLU claim that. This only furthers my disgust of the ACLU. Figures a group that supported Stalin for a period of time would have these ideas, ignorant, idiotic, unknowledgeable fools.

Home at last!

I'm finally home, and I'll thankfully be home all summer. Stupid summer classes though, oh well. It's just nice to be home, even though it is bloody cold out. I'll miss Catholic, but I'll just be so glad to be home. That's all I have to say about that.

Finish packing...

I have to really finish packing. Though, all I have to do is stuff most of my stuff into bags or boxes and be able to carry it all out. Oh, and also, be extremely careful with my desktop carrying it down the stairs. This should be fun. Either way, once it's all packed into the car, as long as there are no abrupt stops or potholes or anything of the sort, I'll be all set and ready to get home. HURRAY! HUZZAH! JOY!
